Downloadable Products

  • Downloadable products already downloaded, are exempt from being returned and refunded.
  • Notwithstanding the above, full or partial refunds may be considered in special circumstances, at our sole discretion.
  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your request for refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your Payment Service Provider (e.g. PayPal) and your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.
  • Submission of a request to cancel an order should be made on the same day the order was placed, provided the product has not been downloaded.
  • In case your product has already been downloaded, refer to Non-Refundable paragraph above.

  • If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification.

Physical Products

  • We enable thirty (30) days to return products for a refund of the purchase price paid (shipping not included).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
    • Printed products (such as Books) with obvious signs of use.
    • CD, DVD that has been opened.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To return a product, you need to first obtain a return authorization from us. Please Contact Us to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
